RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider approval of proposed 2012 and 2013 projects to be funded under the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Street Improvement Program.
BACKGROUND
On October 10, 2012 the Commissioners Court approved an agreement with the RTA related to the RTA providing $93,767.00 to the County for 2012 Street Improvement Fund Projects and on April 10, 2013 the Court approved an agreement to provide $93,767.00 to the County for 2013 Street Improvement Fund Projects .  As part of the agreement Nueces County is required to provide the RTA a plan on improvements to be completed with the funds.
DISCUSSION

The attachment provides the list of projects to be submitted to the RTA.
