RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 3 for the ADA Modifications - Calderon Building.
BACKGROUND
On April 12, 2017, Nueces County entered into a contract with D&SS Construction, Inc. for the construction of the ADA Modification - Calderon Building.
DISCUSSION
Change Order No. 3 provides for the replacement of two existing restroom floor drains that are corroded, new ceiling access panels in rooms 154, 155, and 217, additional insulation at supply and return air ducts in rooms 155 and 156, and prepare and paint existing structural tube steel columns in rooms 154 and 155. Provide new galvanized steel handrail end-section for existing ADA ramp at south entrance to building.
