RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 2 for the ADA Modifications - Calderon building.
BACKGROUND
On April 12, 2017, Nueces County entered into a contrract with D&SS Construction, Inc. for the construction of the ADA Modifications - Calderon Building.
DISCUSSION
Change Order No. 2 provides for repairs caused by a fire in the Justice of the Peace Office. The change order also provides for repairs to the Constables exterior office door and ceiling.
