RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 1 for the County Road 69 Drainage Improvements.
BACKGROUND
On December 1, 2016, Nueces County entered into a contract with Bridges Specialties, Inc. for the construction of the County Road 69 Drainage Improvements.
DISCUSSION
Change Order No. 1 provides for the use of PVC pipe in lieu of cast iron pipe for the existing water line adjustments. Also included is the cleaning of existing ditch from US 77 to a point approximately 950' west.
