RECOMMENDATION
Approve a finding for the method of procurement (request of competitive bids) for Hilltop Complex Parking Lot & Drainage Improvements; and authorize the purchasing agent to publish a notice.
BACKGROUND
The Hilltop Complex Parking Lot & Drainage Improvements project will consist of rehabilitation of the existing parking lot which consists of demolition of existing sidewalk, trees, valley gutters, removal of existing piping, ditch regrading, scarifying existing road surface and base, cement stabilizing the existing material and recompacting, new base material, seal coat, hot mix asphaltic concrete, concrete pavement, concrete sidewalk, concrete dumpster pad, fencing, gates, hydro-seeding, bollards, trash receptacles, striping and signage for ADA. All necessary equipment, appliances, tools, labor, supervision, insurance, and other accessories and services required to complete this project and associated improvements as per the construction contract documents.
