Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 3 with TBC Commercial Construction LLC, to increase the contract amount relating to the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project.
On February 24, 2016, Nueces County entered into a contract with TBC Commercial Construction LLC for the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project (IFB NO. 3004-15).
Change Order No. 3 compensates the contractor, $102,900.00 to turn the existing (44) patios into concrete.
