RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider the approval of Change Order No. 1, $2,585.82 decrease and Change Order No. 2, $22,594.00 increase with TBC Commercial Construction LLC., relating to the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project.  Net increase to project is $20,008.18.
BACKGROUND
On February 24, 2016, Nueces County entered into a contract with TBC Commercial Construction LLC for the Padre Balli Park Improvements, Phase 1 Project (IFB NO. 3004-15).
DISCUSSION
Change Order No. 1 will credit Nueces County ($2,585.82) for changes due to construction plans.

Change Order No. 2 compensates the contractor $22,594.00 to revise electrical for AEP, add a 30 AMP receptacle to each tent site and add a 4" water tap (in place of water well for irrigation).
