RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider execution of a listing agreement with Real Estate Broker George B. Clower for the purposes of listing for sale County property located at 3041 Morgan Ave. (the former County Vector Control Building) and 1826 Cliff Maus Dr. (unimproved lot), both in Corpus Christi, Texas, pursuant to Section 263.008 of the Texas Local Government Code.
BACKGROUND
This method of sale authorizes the broker to place the property on a mulitiple listing service.  After a minimum of 30 days, the County may sell the tract to a willing buyer for the highest cash offer.  The Vector Control Building on Morgan is no longer being used by the County.  The property on Cliff Maus Dr. was deeded to Nueces County in 1994.  It is an empty lot.
