RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider adopting a resolution authorizing the County Judge to execute an agreement between the Texas Department of Transportation and Nueces County related to the County's contribution of Right of Way funding for improvements to FM 43 (Weber Road).
BACKGROUND
DISCUSSION
The improvements to FM 43 from SH 286 to Yorktown Blvd (Weber Road) are being completed by TXDOT which requires the purchase of Right of Way.  Under State Statute the Local Government is required to contribute 10% of the Right of Way cost.  The estimated cost of Right of Way and Utilities is $10,000 with the County's shared estimated to be $1,000.

Funding for the 10% match will be from the Road Right of Way Fund (Dept 0123).
