RECOMMENDATION
Discuss and consider authorizing execution of Interlocal Agreement between the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) and Nueces County providing for Street Improvement Program funding in an amount of $93,767.00.
BACKGROUND
DISCUSSION
The attached interlocal agreement updates and revises the previous agreement dated March 27, 2001.  The agreement requires preapproval of County street improvement projects by the RTA.  The RTA will reimburse the County when the expenses are incurred.  The County's 2013 allocation of Street Improvement Program funding is $93,767.00.
