RECOMMENDATION
Authorize/Execute a contract with HSC Electric Company for IFB No. 2923-12 Bob Hall Pier Kitchen Renovations.
BACKGROUND
The scope of work for the Base Bid consists of the renovation at the existing Bob Hall Pier Pavilion. The building’s interior space is to be renovated completely with new finishes throughout; it will include new lighting, restrooms, kitchen area, storage area, and serving counter. The renovation will also include a new HVAC system, electrical service, and painting of the exterior pier building. All renovated areas are to meet local building codes and current ADA accessibility guidelines.

The Base Bid with additive alternate No. 1 provides a bid to extend the terms of the manufacturer's warranty for one (1) additional year. Warranty shall include both parts and labor.
DISCUSSION

Funding in the amount of $296,000 will be made from CIAP funds in Project Number 19152812.
